Antique auction house did not pay the proceeds of the sale of my furniture?

Last summer, I sold a lot antique furniture in an auction house in London, but I have not received a payment from the proceeds of the sale, despite my letters and repeated phone calls. Where do I go now? I am living abroad and the auction house could benefit.
